A Note From Brady Cook
As a minister for nearly 20 years, I’ve seen first hand how people struggle with the Bible. They claim it’s hard, too confusing, or simply “outdated.” Often, they give up.
I sympathize with those people, because for as long as I can remember, I‘ve been one of those people.
My whole life — even well after I started preaching full-time — I believed you needed some kind of credentials to know what in the world was going on.
The truth is, as I found out, not only do you not need an advanced degree to understand God’s will, it often times gets in the way.
Understanding the Bible is actually the easy part; putting it into everyday practice is more difficult.
We’ll walk through the first part of that together. God will help you with the second.
